Refurbishment of the Otis passenger lift installed in 1957 in Parham house, one of the country’s finest elizabethan houses, set at the foot of the south downs.

Replacing the existing Otis control panel and shaft equipment with a DMG control panel and shaft encoder including a full rewire.
